About Me!
I’ve lived my whole life in the Intermountain West, and started making art as soon as I could hold a pencil. I doodled on all my school papers, filled up notebooks full of drawings, started keeping a sketchbook at age 6. I received my BFA from Utah State University. I’m always creating something.
Why Puffbird?
When I was little, I would draw birds that were basically round fluffy balls with huge, sharp beaks and long legs with clawed feet. Those birds have stayed with me all these years, and I think represent the whimsy behind a lot of what I do.
